General Info
Chloe Burbank is a waitress who works at the diner Professor Utonium frequented for breakfast every Wednesday. She is not a native to Townsville and decided to reside there in her early 20s. She is currently 26.Her height is 5' and her weight is ?? She has a tan skin and straight brown hair with curls on her left side and a strand of heart curl sticking out of her hair. The heart curl is quite animated and moves according to her emotions. Her eyes are yellow and she is commonly seen wearing a purple lipstick.Her favourite food is pasta (cooked in a way that would offend the Italians) and her favourite drink is soy milk. Her least favourite is anything sour.
History
Utonium doesn't know much about her history as she is reluctant to reveal it. However, this is how much he knows about her generally.Born into a lower middle class family, she grew up taking care of her siblings. As her parents both work to support the family, she took the role as the housekeeper of the house until her late teens. Due to lack of attention, she seek affection from wrong places and her poor judgement caused her to drop out of high school in her senior year, without the knowledge of her family. She then moved to Downtown Townsville in her early 20s to move in with a previous partner but not long soon after she left him and ended up looking for jobs in Townsville to support herself. She is currently working as a waitress at a diner, behind her families' back

General Info
Cindy is an artist, albeit not a famous one nor is she known in the art circle. Due to her timid nature, she struggles to make connection she needed to be successful. She works as a Teacher Assistant at Pokey Oaks, mostly engaging with the kids during arts and crafts session.She acquainted Professor Utonium during an Art Gallery Exhibition at Townsville University where Professor teaches. He is seemed to be interested in her art and very keen on knowing her art process.She is 25 years old.
History
Nothing is known about her so far except she is from Farmsville and graduated with an Art Degree. She is seem to be disinterested about talking about her family.
